Fire Prevention

Information about field inspections, fire code compliance, public education activities, residential, business owner, and contractor information, investigations, permits & forms, inspection checklists & guidelines, grills & Fire Code requirements, insurance ratings, CPR, Fire Code, scheduling / permitting a controlled burn. Marine Rescue

Since 1933 St. Johns County has been providing superior lifesaving services on the county's beaches to residents and visitors alike. The Marine Rescue Section is an Advanced Certified Agency through the United States Lifesaving Association and is home to the the Lifeguard and Junior Lifeguard programs. Marine Rescue

Public Education

St. Johns County Fire Rescue offers many educational opportunities to the residents and visitors of the community. SJCFR offers American Heart Association CPR/AED and Basic First Aid classes, BLS for Healthcare Providers and ACLS classes. Other classes that are offered are Community "Stop the Bleed" classes and free one hour "Hands Only CPR" non-certified classes. In addition, SJCFR offers fire extinguisher and fire prevention classes. Public Education
